MARY J. JOSEPH is an associate attorney whose focus is in the field of medical malpractice. She joined the firm with over 20 years of civil litigation experience in the defense of insurance carriers and their policyholders in personal injury matters. Mary has an extensive appellate background and has successfully argued numerous appeals before the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments. She is a former principal appellate court attorney with the Appellate Division, First Department where she primarily researched and analyzed complex legal issues for the Court. Mary is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Queens County Women’s Bar Association, and the South Asian and Indo-Caribbean Bar Association of Queens.
